Speaker: Professor Emerita of History and Religious Studies at IUPUI

Professor Shipps will talk about the establishment of churches and religion in Indiana, concentrating specifically on Methodist Circuit Riders and the Beginnings of Religion in Indiana and specifically in Monroe County. 

The Introduction will include a brief look at the Keller Cemetery.

The 3rd Thursday series meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Monroe County History Center, 202 E. 6th St., Bloomington, IN.
