Mail Order Privacy Statement

• On the Email Order Form, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, shipping preference, and so on for the purpose of processing your order.
• Your information will be received by the Staff of the Society.
• We do not have the means to encrypt your information while it traverses the Internet.
• Your name, address, phone number, credit card number, etc., provided for the purpose of completing your order, will never be sold, rented, or given to anyone else for any reason.
• When you send your personnel and credit card information to us using our Email Order Form, it is our opinion that your information is as secure as it is in most credit card transactions and that it is secure in our office as well.
• Your credit card information will not be entered into our database.
